Lorikeet Plate

Idea from dad after much of my complaining about having nothing colourful and pretty to paint - he said paint a bird. It has to be a lorikeet since I have these in the backyard.

There's more detail then I can photograph (as usual), just more colour and definition on the bird... the leaves are just as boring as they appear =)

Oh and I swear the eyes follow you! it's creepy!
